HEATED is not a place of healing. We do not force self-reflection. We are not ‘imperfect’, we are a mess. Take what you can without expectation.
HEATED does not cleanse you. HEATED is not a detox. Instead, we’ll replenish you and fill you back up.
HEATED is for everyone-for all ways and all bodies. Yet, where respect is shown, respect is given. We aim to lighten things up, help pay that forward.
Our name is both literal and suggestive. A deliberate choice not only for the simplicity but it’s versatility.
To be warmed or made hot is to sauna.
To be marked by strong feelings or emotion is to be human.
